T-SHIRTS
WHAT DO YOU PRINT ON?

All of our t-shirts are printed on pre-shrunk 5.4 oz. 100% cotton. We offer a Mens/
Unisex style shirt, which is really just a regular t-shirt, so many women also wear
this style. We also offer a Ladies style shirt, which is a more fitted style with shorter
sleeves. People who like to drink aren’t normally super skinny (believe me, we know)
so neither of these shirts are extremely slender in fit. Please remember the supreme
law of online apparel shopping and check the size charts provided before you buy.

HOW SHOULD I WASH MY SHIRTS? WILL THEY SHRINK?

Even though our shirts are pre-shrunk, they are 100% cotton, so they may shrink
a little after being washed and dried. To minimize shrinkage and keep your tees
looking great, wash them inside out in cold water and dry on low or hang dry. And
please don’t iron the decorated portion of your t-shirt, you’ll make a big mess.

SHIPPING

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR SHIRTS TO BE SHIPPED?

Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days, but lots of orders are
out the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation when your order
has shipped. We are literally a 2 person shop, so if there will be a delay in processing
your order, we will contact you immediately.

WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE?

Standard shipping in the US is via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Your package
should arrive at your door within 5 – 10 business days of your order, but in most
cases it will arrive sooner. You’ll also receive a Delivery Confirmation number.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We know there are tipsy people worldwide, so we ship to almost every country.
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail. International
orders may take 3 – 5 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs
processing. Tracking for international orders will not update once the package leaves
the US, but you will receive confirmation that the package has shipped.

*A note on international shipping: Orders shipped outside of the US are subject
to regular customs duties and fees as levied by the destination country.
You, as the buyer, are responsible for all duties and fees charged by customs.
For example, customs in your country may charge an additional fee to release your package.
The buyer assumes all responsibility for international orders, therefore,
we will not refund the cost of lost packages or extra charges by your customs department.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We offer flat rate shipping for both US and International orders. In fact, if you spend more
than $50, we’ll cover the shipping cost for domestic US orders; spend $75 or more and
international orders are shipped free. Please use the proper discount code at check out.

PAYMENT

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We gladly accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover,
or direct account payments, all through PayPal. We used to accept cases of beer and bottles of rum
as payment, but that didn’t go over too well with our accountant.

DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from our store. You
may place an order with a credit or debit card just as you would with any other
online retailer. However, if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it as
your payment method.

HOW SECURE IS THIS STORE?

All payment transactions for Tipsy Tees are via PayPal, one of the most trusted
gateways in the world. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information
in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL)
with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Our site does not store any of your personal information, and when you make a
payment through PayPal, we do not receive your sensitive financial information like
your credit card or bank account numbers.

RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction and we want you to love what you’ve
ordered, but sometimes is just doesn’t work out. If it turns out the shirt you ordered
doesn’t fit (like maybe after too much spiked egg nog during the holidays, right?), is
defective, or you’re not happy with it for whatever reason, we’ll make things right.

*Please email us the details of your exchange/return at returns@tipsytees.com so
we’ll be on the lookout for your package. Also, please include a copy of the packing
slip that came with your shipment.

RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS

If you want to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us
immediately and we will cancel it and issue a refund, including shipping charges, in
full.

Within 15 days of delivery, if you are unhappy with an item, you may return it for a
refund of the purchase price. We will not refund your shipping charges. All returned
items must be unworn and unwashed and in original condition (so don’t spill any
drinks on it!). You are responsible for any shipping or customs charges associated
with a return. Please allow 2 weeks for the completion of all returns.

If you receive a defective shirt, you may exchange it for a new one,
and we will ship it to you for no additional charge.

EXCHANGES

If you need to exchange a shirt for any reason, just let us know in an email, pack
it up and send it back to us. Once we receive it and verify it’s in original condition,
we’ll send out the exchange by USPS First Class Mail free of charge. Really. Because
sometimes it’s hard to get the right size when you order online, or maybe that color
wasn’t exactly right – and we want you to be happy and wear your Tipsy Tees a lot!
